After living in Austin for four years, the longing I feel for it is palpable. The city has a unique charm; it masterfully maintains its authentic Texan vibe even as it opens its doors to the tech giants. It's a blend of tradition and modernity, and for me, it had everything in just the right measure.
Three months ago, I moved to New York for pursuing the Lede Program, and my yearning for Austin has only deepened. Every time I say I miss Austin, I find myself pondering – what is it that I'm truly longing for? Is it the familiar streets, the blend of old and new, or perhaps something intangible, woven into the very fabric of the city?
